King Crowns Trophy Win

Alex King was the star of the show last night when his five wickets blew away Bourne’s middle order in the quarter-final of the Stephen Bradford Memorial Trophy held at Sleaford CC’s London Road ground.

King’s four overs yielded four bowled and caught behind as Bourne were restricted to 107-8 from their 18 overs in pursuit of Woodhall’s 168-6, a score that was based around another half-century from Jonny hceer (75) and an entertaining 45 from Ben McCarrick.

Woodhall now await the winners of Lindum or Market Deeping in the semi-final on July 16th.
