Pre-Season Friendlies Show Promise

The Club completed two wins in the opening weekend of pre-season friendlies.On Saturday a strong looking line-up hosted Nottingham based Gedling CC and came out winners by 124 runs after posting 298-4. Dinner and AGM

The Annual Dinner and Awards took place on Saturday at The Dower House - one of the Club's main sponsors. The evening was a roaring success with the main awards being won by Alfie Lindsey (Most Improved Player of the Year), Jack Timby (Young Player of the Year) and Pete Jackson (Clubman of the Year). Two days later the AGM was held at the Pavilion with the successes of the 2016 season on and off the field were reported on before new officers were elected for the forthcoming year.
